At Vitkac.com, we are committed to ensuring a seamless shopping experience for our customers. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return or exchange eligible items following the guidelines below.

Return Policy

  • Timeframe: Returns must be requested within 14 days of receiving your order.
  • Condition: Items must be unworn, unused, and in their original packaging with all tags attached.
  • Exclusions: Certain items, such as final sale products, customized items, and undergarments, are non-returnable.

How to Initiate a Return

  1. Log into Your Account – Go to your order history and select the item(s) you wish to return.
  2. Request a Return Authorization – Follow the prompts to generate a return request.
  3. Pack Your Items – Securely package the items, ensuring they remain in their original condition.
  4. Ship Your Return – Use the provided return label or arrange your preferred shipping method.
  5. If you are not a registered user, you will find a link to the page where you can make a return in the e-mail that informed you that the order was delivered. Finally, remember to save and print the return form and attach it to you return. The form can also be downloaded by clicking on this link.
  6. Order with pesonal collection - Return is only possible directly to the store indicated as pickup location - in person or by courier. In this case, shipping costs borne by you.
  7. If your order has been paid through direct bank transfer the only possibility of return is sent via e-mail on customerservice@vitkac.com, declaration of willingness to return the products and send the items to the following address:

Refund Process

  • Once we receive and inspect your returned item(s), refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days.
  • Refunds will be credited to the original payment method.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.

Exchanges

  • If you wish to exchange an item, we recommend returning your purchase for a refund and placing a new order for the desired product.
