We are unable to accept returns of earrings and fine jewellery for hygienic reasons.

If you want to order items with self pick-up, but it is not in your area, we will send them at our cost to a place you indicate. The order will be ready for pick-up no later than 4 working days from when the payment confirmation is sent to you via email.
